Meet The Clubs Committee

Our Chairman

Mike Moss

Mike oversees all of the clubs operations.

He's in constant contact with the committee, coaches and the members to ensure the club is ran to a good high standard, while ensuring it remains close to focusing on everyone being able to enjoy their sport they love, and we all help keep to the clubs ethos.

Our Vice Chairman

Paul Davis

Paul works alongside Mike in overseeing the clubs day to day operations, and acts for the Chairperson at committee meetings, when the Chairperson is not able to attend a committee meeting

Oversee the work of the Club Committee

Advocate of the football Club for the local community.

Paul also oversees the adult section of the club and ensures they are involved within in the club as much as possible and providing a pathway from our youth teams.

Club Secretary

Carl Bishop

Carl's main purpose of his role, is that of principal administrator for the Club

The Secretary carries out or delegates all the administrative duties that enable the club and its members to function effectively

Manages official contact between Cub and County FA and other clubs 

Deals with club affiliation and league membership 

Support teams and officials, as necessary

Welfare Officer

Sam Cox

Sam's role is to be clear about the clubs responsibilities when running activities for children and young people

This involves:

Ensuring these responsibilities are well understood by others;

Working with the Youth League Welfare Officer (YLWO);

Working with your County FA Welfare Officer;

Promoting The FA’s RESPECT Programme and helping to develop best practice processes;

To help club personnel understand what their duty of care towards children and young people actually means and entails on a day-to-day basis

Junior Secretary

Becky Bailey

Junior secretary was a new role created in 2021, due to the vast number of players that were involved within Neston Nomads. Becky supports Carl with player registrations, and is first point of contact for our junior teams U5-U12's coaches. She is also on hand to assist in any issues that may arise over the football season. 

Junior Girls Secretary

Paul Jeffs

Due to the increase in junior girls teams, Paul was appointed our Female secretary. Paul oversees

the admin required for registrations for our junior girls teams, and is on hand over the season to support teams. Paul is

also part of the U6 Coaching development group, supporting and encouraging new coaches to

take on a team and their coaching journey. If you would like more information about becoming a

coach, please contact the club through the social media pages.

Mike Mosedale

Mike alongside Nicki monitors the

qualifications of our coaches. Here at nomads, all of our coaches have to complete FA approved courses

including Keeping Children Safe and First Aid in Football. In addition to this, at least one

manager must hold a Level 1 Coaching Qualification.

Nicki Welch

 Nicki, along with Mike, monitors the

qualifications of our coaches. Here at nomads, all of our coaches have to complete FA approved courses

Jacqui Garland

As our treasurer, Jacqui oversees the clubs finances and helps control what we spend. She liaises with Carl on how the club is doing and makes sure everything is in order for our accountants.

Steve & Laura, provide and encourage a communication line for parents/carers and players and the local community.

To ensure the football club is alive in the community and promotes at all times.

They help organise stalls at the towns local events and organises the clubs tournaments to bring other clubs from around the area to our great facility

Player Recruitment Officer

Gary Jones

Gary's roll is to communicate with our coaches and to help them find any additional players they may require to build their squads.

He handles any enquiries that come in to the club, regarding any players wishing to join, and contacts the relevant coaches to see if they have any spaces, which hopefully leads them to joining the club

Paul Munnerley

Paul holds the prestige title for his commitment over the years to the club. Like his dad Bruce who was the founder of the club, he holds the club close to his heart.

He does his upmost to promote the club in the community and surrounding areas at all times, helping carry on his dads legacy.

Rob Stenton

Rob makes sure all our teams have at least the basic equipment to hold a good training session and the right items for match days.

He also helps with finding grants available to the club to help provide the equipment.

Each team is given just the basic essentials but teams can order more through sponsorship funds.

Gaz Williams

Gareth supplies the teams and coaches with their kit wear.

He places orders to provide our bespoke kit to each team, while also looking at improving availability of training & leisure wear for everyone to purchase via the club shop.

Teams require sponsorship in order to purchase kit and if you would like your name on a shirt or any training gear, please get in touch and sponsor a local team.

Lee's role is to manage content on the club's website ensuring it is regularly updated with the latest information

Manage enquiries received via the clubs social media.

To maintain the club's social media presence and ensure compliance with the law.
